ന്യൂഡൽഹി : ടോക്യോ ഒളിമ്പിക്സിൽ ഇന്ത്യയ്ക്ക് മെഡൽ സമ്മാനിച്ച ബാഡ്മിന്റൺ താരം പി വി സിന്ധുവിന് അഭിനന്ദന പ്രവാഹം. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയ്ക്ക് പിന്നാലെ രാഷ്ട്രപതി രാംനാഥ് കോവിന്ദ്, കേന്ദ്ര ആഭ്യന്തര- സഹകരണ മന്ത്രി അമിത്ഷാ, പ്രതിരോധമന്ത്രി രാജ്നാഥ് സിംഗ്, കേന്ദ്രധനമന്ത്രി നിർമ്മലാ സീതാരാമൻ എന്നിവരാണ് സിന്ധുവിന് അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ നേർന്നത്. ബാഡ്മിന്റൺ ലൂസേഴ്സ് ഫൈനലിൽ വെങ്കല മെഡൽ നേടിയാണ് സിന്ധു ഇന്ത്യയുടെ അഭിമാനമായത്.
രണ്ട് ഒളിമ്പിക്സ് ഗെയിമുകളിൽ രണ്ട് മെഡലുകൾ സ്വന്തമാക്കുന്ന ആദ്യ വനിതയാണ് പി.വി സിന്ധുവെന്ന് രാംനാഥ് കോവിന്ദ് പറഞ്ഞു. അർപ്പണബോധം, സ്ഥിരത, മികവ് എന്നീ ഗുണങ്ങൾക്ക് പുതിയ അളവുകോൽ സിന്ധു സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. ഇന്ത്യയുടെ മഹത്വം ഉയർത്തിയ സിന്ധുവിന് അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ നേരുന്നുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ആശംസിച്ചു.
സിന്ധു മികച്ച രീതിയിൽ കളിച്ചെന്ന് അമിത് ഷാ ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു. കളിയോടുള്ള ആത്മാർത്ഥതയും, ആരാധനയും ഒരിക്കലും മാറില്ലെന്ന് ഒരിക്കൽ കൂടി തെളിയിച്ചു. തുടർന്നും രാജ്യത്തിന് അഭിമാനകരമായ നേട്ടങ്ങൾ സമ്മാനിക്കാൻ സിന്ധുവിന് കഴിയട്ടെ. ചരിത്രനേട്ടത്തിൽ സിന്ധുവിനെ ഓർത്ത് അഭിമാനിക്കുന്നുവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ട്വിറ്ററിൽ കുറിച്ചു.
ഒളിമ്പിക്സ് ബാഡ്മിറ്റണിൽ വെങ്കല മെഡൽ നേടിയ സിന്ധുവിന് അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ. പല അവസരങ്ങളിലും ഉജ്ജ്വല വിജയം നേടി സിന്ധു ഇന്ത്യയുടെ യശസ്സ് ഉയർത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇന്നും ഇത് ആവർത്തിച്ചു- രാജ്നാഥ് സിംഗ് ട്വിറ്ററിൽ കുറിച്ചു.
